All of our products are offered with a superior technical email and telephone support service. Our support personnel are highly experienced and have knowledge that not only covers our products, but the environment in which they operate.

New Version Releases and Upgrade Services
For any of our customers who subscribe to our Post-Sales Support Service, version upgrades and new releases are included free of charge.
Training and Consultancy Services
In addition to our professional support services, we also provide a range of training and consultancy services to ensure the efficient running of our software in your company. Our consultants have an in-depth knowledge of the products and will help you to configure the software to your requirements.
Pillar Solutions training and consultancy services include:
- Pre-installation / pre-purchase assessment leading to advice on your requirements
- Installation and configuration at your office location
- Training tailored to suit your requirements at your office location or at our head office
